Job summary

JTEKT Machinery Americas Corporation is seeking a Technical Engineering Associate to support engineering projects, customer requests, aftermarket service activities, and departmental operations. The role collaborates with Engineering, Service, Sales, Operations, and customers to coordinate project details, gather technical data, and ensure timely follow-through on needs.

Qualifications

Associate’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
Customer-facing or cross-functional team experience.

Responsibilities

Serve as a primary contact for engineering and technical inquiries, routing requests and following through to resolution.
Support engineering projects by gathering documentation, technical data, and project information.
Coordinate engineering training sessions, including quoting, scheduling, invoicing, and day-of support.
Create and maintain Salesforce cases, work orders, service appointments, and related project records.
Process engineering billings, invoices, timecards, expenses, and supporting documentation.
Assist with onboarding, departmental initiatives, and special projects as assigned.
