T&M is seeking a Technical Specialist to support our New Jersey Community and Land Development Market. This role serves as a hands‑on technical practitioner, providing recommended technical approaches for municipal and public infrastructure projects, with a primary focus on QA/QC oversight and review.
The Technical Specialist will take a leadership role in guiding and empowering project teams to consistently deliver high‑quality work that meets rigorous standards for technical accuracy, regulatory compliance, and client satisfaction. In addition, this individual will act as a regional technical resource, responsible for developing and enforcing QA/QC standards and procedures, reviewing engineering deliverables, supporting internal technical training initiatives, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts across the Northeast Region.
As a technical specialist, you will have key responsibilities in the following:T&M Associates is committed to pay transparency and equitable compensation practices in compliance with applicable laws, including the New Jersey Equal Pay Act. T&M estimates that the salary range for this position will fall between $130,000 - $160,000. The actual salary offered may vary within this range, depending on a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, educational qualifications, specific skills and knowledge, as well as internal pay equity and geographic location.
