Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years in technical sales or sales engineering roles
  • At least 2 years in technical training or facilitation
  • 3+ years working with enterprise technology solutions, including automation and DevOps
  • Current technical certifications in relevant areas
  • 3+ years experience with implementation and troubleshooting
  • Experience in networking infrastructure, SDN, data center, security, collaboration, observability, or application development/DevOps
Preferred Experience
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
  • Experience with virtual training platforms and tools
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills
  • Experience with adult learning principles
  • Master's degree or training certifications (e.g., CTT+, CST)
  • Experience with learning management systems
  • Background in solution architecture or technical consulting
  • Knowledge of regional markets, agile, and DevOps methodologies
