Catalina Snacks is seeking a Technical Document Manager to oversee the creation and maintenance of technical documents. The role requires a BS degree in Science or a related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably in food and beverage or pharmaceuticals.

The Technical Document Manager / Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the creation, establishment and maintenance of technical documents for the organization including ingredient and raw material specifications, standard operating procedures and quality control procedures. Will provide oversight and leadership of the documentation processes, approvals and the system in which to maintain documents.
Salary Up to $130,000 + 10% Bonus
