Job summary

Lyons Magnus, LLC is seeking a Technical Director – National Accounts in Fresno, CA to lead product development for national customer accounts. You will drive new product development, renovations, line extensions, and cost-savings initiatives, coordinating with project managers and cross-functional teams from concept to customer approval.

The role requires strong technical and communication skills, with hands-on development and close collaboration with Commercialization for scale-up and market

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in food science, Food Technology, Dairy Science, Chemistry, or related field required.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive product development experience in food/beverage.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage multiple product development projects for national accounts through formulation, optimization, and customer approval.
• Translate briefs and feedback into feasible product solutions using sound food science principles.
• Partner with Commercialization team to support scale-up and commercialization.
