Job summary

Lyons Magnus LLC is seeking a Technical Director for National Accounts to lead product development for major customers. You will oversee multiple projects from concept through customer approval, coordinating with R&D, Commercialization, and cross-functional teams to scale up and commercialize successful formats.

The role requires a strong technical background in food and beverage development, excellent communication with customers, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in food science or related field required.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive product development experience.
• Beverage/product development and QSR/cafe industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage multiple product development projects for national accounts.
• Develop new and improved beverage products meeting requirements and cost targets.
• Translate briefs into feasible, viable product solutions and present outcomes.
