The role involves managing geotechnical projects, leading civil design initiatives, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Civil or Geological Engineering, 14+ years of relevant experience, and an Engineer license. A Master's degree and Spanish language skills are preferred. This position is based in Tucson, Arizona, or Reno, Nevada.

Qualifications

• 14+ years of relevant experience in consulting engineering or mining industry.
• Engineer license required (multi-state preferred).
• Demonstrated experience with tailings management and heap leach facility design.
• Strong project management skills.

• Manage and execute mine waste geotechnical engineering projects.
• Lead civil design of mine waste containment facilities.
• Direct and review complex geotechnical analyses.
