Responsibilities

• Full P&L responsibility for assigned business units
• Develop and maintain operational business plans (labor hours, costs, cycle times, requirements)
• Contribute to business strategy and support R&D for new products/services
• Analyze and prepare financial reports (balance sheets, P&L, forecasts)
• Establish and maintain quality standards, cost controls, and delivery timelines per customer requirements
• Support development of comprehensive process plans: personnel, materials, subcontractors, tooling, facilities, equipment
• Ensure achievement of all cost, quality, delivery targets
• Review operational reports and lead resolution of issues to minimize costs and delays
• Perform key administrative tasks to support efficient operations, including production data analysis
• Define team responsibilities and align structure to meet business objectives
• Lead, train, and ensure compliance with company, customer, and regulatory requirements across assigned teams

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Analyzing and preparing financial reports including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making


• Establishing and maintaining quality control standards, cost controls, and delivery timelines in line with customer requirements


• Supporting the development of comprehensive process plans: personnel, materials, subcontractors, tooling, facilities, and equipment


• Ensuring achievement of all cost, quality, and delivery targets


• Reviewing operational reports and leading the resolution of issues to minimize costs and avoid delays


• Performing key administrative tasks to support efficient operations, including compiling and analyzing production data


• Defining team responsibilities and aligning organizational structure to meet business objectives


• Leading, training, and ensuring compliance with company, customer, and regulatory requirements across assigned teams
