Qualifications

• Eight+ years of public accounting, advisory, or corporate finance experience.
• CPA or equivalent license is required or strongly preferred.
• Expertise in consolidation (including complex VIE evaluations), stock compensation, and leasing under US GAAP and IFRS.
• Ability to engage with senior executives and lead diverse teams.
• Willingness to travel and work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities
