VenuWorks is seeking a Technical Director to oversee lighting, video, audio and stage production for theater events. You will plan and evaluate equipment, coordinate client riders, and manage maintenance budgets while supervising crews.
This role requires 40+ hours, including evenings and weekends, with strong knowledge of theatre tech, rigging, and inventory management. A degree in technical theatre is preferred and a valid driver’s license is required.

Employee will supervise all technical services personnel and stagehands, both union and non-union, and any facility workers assigned for work in this area.
