The Technical Director will lead the technical execution of live and recorded productions, including switching multi-camera broadcasts, managing control room workflows, and ensuring seamless integration of graphics, audio, and media playback. The role includes collaborating closely with producers, directors, and creative teams to translate production concepts into reliable technical plans across television, streaming, and digital platforms. The Technical Director will supervise technical crews, coordinate equipment setup and strike, troubleshoot issues in real time, and maintain high broadcast and streaming quality standards. Additional responsibilities include contributing to studio and control room upgrades, testing new workflows and tools, and documenting best practices for repeatable, scalable production.
