This role manages audio, video, lighting, and live-streaming systems to ensure high-quality, reliable experiences for in-person and online attendees. The Technical Director leads and schedules production teams, provides training, and fosters a collaborative environment that supports the church’s mission and values. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing technical elements for services, maintaining and upgrading equipment, troubleshooting issues in real time, and coordinating with pastoral, worship, and communications teams.
