Job Description Leads efforts to establish new processes and methodology and/or documentation standard operating procedures, providing guidance to lower level staff. Analyzes, refines, and documents program requirements including mission scope and objectives, availability of resources, and identifiable intelligence, operational and/or stakeholder leadership needs. Collects, analyzes, and provides assessments/recommendations of developing framework and strategy to optimizing workflow processes and production.
Education, Background and Years of Experience Typically has a Bachelors degree, and 6 - 8 years of experience, or equivalent relevant work experience; e.g., each year of work experience may be substituted for each year of education required.
Required Skills Manages execution of assigned Technical Direction Letters and coordinates work across participating engineering and delivery teams. Facilitates planning, dependency management, issue resolution, performance tracking, and incremental delivery of modernization capabilities.
