Candidates should have over 5 years of Technical Design experience and a strong grasp on contemporary trends, fabric behaviors, and garment construction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Design within the Contemporary Women’s market.
• Expert knowledge of contemporary fit trends, fabric behavior, and finishing techniques.
• Ability to bridge creative design language and technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Design Team to address construction challenges.
• Lead fit sessions and translate feedback into technical instructions.
• Create and maintain tech packs and evaluate prototypes.
• Serve as a contact for overseas and domestic factories.
