New Era Cap, LLC. is seeking a Technical Design Specialist to support ROAL, ROC and Job Tracker, serving as the liaison between business users and IT in Buffalo, NY. This 100% on-site role emphasizes collaboration, accuracy, and timely issue resolution.

You will review requests, guide users, test enhancements, and contribute to cross-functional projects while protecting confidential information and maintaining brand integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; additional experience in lieu of degree will be considered.
• 1–3 years of experience working in Technical Design or related field is preferred.
• Ability to learn and use new software.

Responsibilities

• Use ROAL, ROC and Job Tracker to troubleshoot and resolve system issues with IT and Master Data teams.
• Respond promptly to email inquiries to ROAL, ROC and Job Tracker support.
• Review daily ROAL material requests within 48 hours to ensure compliance.
• Guide and assist business users in ROAL, ROC and Job Tracker software.
• Assist with testing enhancements and train end users.
• Participate in cross-functional projects related to ROAL, ROC and Job Tracker.
• Keep sensitive matters confidential.
• Other duties as assigned.
