Express invites rising juniors and seniors to join the PHOENIX Internship Program for Summer 2027 in New York City. The 10-week, paid technical design internship offers hands-on experience with the Express brand, cross-functional collaboration, and exposure to garment development.

You will work full-time (40 hours per week), relocate to the office, and gain skills in tech packs, garment sampling, and fit coordination while learning from experienced professionals.
