What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- At least 5 years in software development, systems architecture, or IT infrastructure
- Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
- Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and risk management skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in State Government IT projects, especially in mainframe decommissioning
- Certifications such as ScrumMaster or GIAC Project Manager
- Previous experience specifically as a PM for the retirement of Mainframe Technologies
