Job summary

A Technical Delivery Manager role with Adecco Group oversees a team supporting data center operations across West Coast facilities. You will be the main customer contact, providing governance of embedded resources while spending 2–3 days on-site at data centers.

Qualifications

Job description

We are looking for a Technical Delivery Manager to oversee a team supporting data center operations across multiple West Coast facilities. You will be the main point of contact for the customer and provide governance of embedded resources, while spending 2-3 days a week on-site in the data centers.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary delivery contact for customer stakeholders, managing expectations, escalations, and relationships
• Provide day-to-day governance of resources across multiple data center sites, keeping the focus on coordination, accountability, and removing blockers
• Own weekly and monthly SLA and KPI reporting, and track OKRs, milestones, and delivery deadlines
• Monitor performance and quality of work, flagging risks and gaps to the customer and internal leadership
• Coordinate resource onboarding, scheduling, coverage, and backfills as needed
• Maintain an on-site presence (2-3 days per week) to stay close to the teams and the customer's operations
• Travel approximately 25% of the time to data center sites and customer locations

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on background in data center operations, including racking and stacking, structured cabling, and equipment installation and decommissioning
• Experience managing or leading data center operations teams, strongly preferred
• Experience managing SLAs, KPIs, and delivery reporting
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work with distributed teams across multiple sites
• Willingness to be on-site 2-3 days a week and travel ~25%

Preferred Qualifications

• Networking knowledge (switching, routing, fiber/copper connectivity, troubleshooting)
• Prior experience in a staff augmentation or managed services delivery model
• Familiarity with ITSM tools and data center inventory or DCIM tools
