Provides technical delivery coordination and oversight for business automation development initiatives to design, develop, deploy and sustain solutions that meet evolving business requirements. May be responsible for single technical projects of medium to high complexity, a small technical program, or a group of smaller, unrelated technical projects; manages interdependencies between projects and outside delivery efforts. Responsible for resolving issues and mitigating risks, escalating issues/risks when appropriate. Works with technical teams, which may include Ally employee and/or vendor team members, informs the team of its progress. Partners effectively with technical leaders, counterparts and business partners to present unified BDR perspective to the business.

Experience supporting financial services, consulting, professional services, technology-enabled businesses, or other complex operational environments is preferred. Candidates who have worked in strategy, business operations, management consulting, product organizations, transformation initiatives, or automation-enabled process improvement efforts will be particularly successful.
MBA or similar experience preferred
