Technical Delivery Lead

Full-time | Remote (US-based)

Work Authorization: US Citizens and Green Card

This role bridges technical and functional expertise to ensure the successful design, development, and deployment of solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Source Pay technologies such as Coupa, SAP

Ariba or Workday, hands-on technical expertise, and strong leadership skills. You will collaborate closely with development teams, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver innovative and scalable solutions to meet business needs.

What you'll do:

Technical Skills:

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation, ensuring scalability, performance, and security best practices.
• Proposed best practices and fit to standard solution to meet clean core objective of business transformation
• Ability to identified potential risks and develop mitigation plan to overcome those risks

Technical Knowledge:

• API Restfull and SOAP service’s knowledge experience.
• Knowledge and Experience with integration using RESTful APIs or SOAP

Services

• Experience with integration middleware such as BTP Cockpit or similar Experience in Ariba, Coupa, SAP S4 or Workday

Functional Skills:

• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the technical team and business stakeholders.
• Provide subject matter expertise on aspects of Source to Pay process, including Supplier onboarding, Invoicing and API integrations.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Liaise between business users, customers, and technical teams to align development efforts with business objectives.
• Collaborate with customer success and support teams to resolve technical issues and provide technical guidance.
• Conduct regular status updates, demos, and presentations to leadership and stakeholders.

Project and Team Management:

• Plan, prioritize, and manage multiple technical projects, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
• Define project scope, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and ensure proactive mitigation.
• Foster a collaborative, agile development environment and promote continuous improvement.
