Description:

Responsible for analysis of contracts and performing contract negotiations.Monitor and review existing contracts to ensure payment compliance.Communicate and resolve contract issues both internally and externally.Contribute to negotiation strategies.Develop and build contract projection models essential to negotiation outcomes.Analyze contracts and communicate their operational impact.Monitor financial performance of existing and proposed contracts.Audit financials and negotiate with payors as necessary.Negotiate language in the contracting negotiation processes.Develop and maintain data sets required for contract analysis.Manage departmental processes to handle contracts effectively.Resolve contractual disputes by collaborating with various entities.Analyze, develop, and test contract projection models.Build programming and perform ongoing analyses to maintain financial integrity.Resolve programming issues to maximize revenue potential.Ensure proper testing of builds and collaboration for production enhancement.Perform other related duties as assigned.
