About the Role
We’re looking for a Technical Customer Success Manager to join our team at BotGauge — a fast-growing platform helping businesses automate and manage testing more efficiently.

If you love working with customers, solving problems, and learning new technical stuff — this might be the perfect fit!

What You’ll Do

  • Be the main point of contact for assigned customers
  • Answer questions, provide solutions, and escalate technical issues when needed
  • Assist with onboarding and provide product demos when required
  • Work closely with the product and engineering teams to improve the customer experience
  • Track customer satisfaction and usage, and help customers get the most value out of BotGauge

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2 years experience in a customer-facing technical role (Customer Success, Support, QA, etc.)
  • Great communication skills and a friendly, helpful attitude
  • Understanding of QA testing concepts — both manual and automated testing
  • Problem-solving mindset and a willingness to keep learning

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience with test automation tools/frameworks
  • Worked in a SaaS, QA, or startup environment
  • Familiarity with Agile or DevOps teams
