Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers, addressing escalated issues from front-line support
- Respond to customer inquiries via telephone or online, following established procedures
- Research and troubleshoot customer requests to identify and resolve issues
- Document customer inquiries, status, and resolutions for future reference
- Follow up with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and build strong relationships
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED and 3 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to work flexible hours and independently or as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
- Proven reliability and dependability in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CRM case logging or Salesforce
- Familiarity with interaction distribution systems such as Genesys Pure Cloud
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities effectively
