About The Role

As a CBRE Technical Coordinator, you will be responsible for processing incoming and outgoing mail.

What You’ll Do
  • Respond to client inquires and concerns; ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering timely and quality service and follow up.
  • Create and assign work orders to multiple technicians, subcontractors and vendors.
  • Support problem solving.
  • Provide reports on open and closed work orders and check the status with the appropriate technician or vendor.
  • Maintain records including work orders, proposals, and department information.
  • Create vendor files and ensure accuracy of completed paperwork submitted.
  • Induct vendors on work order and billing procedures.
  • Process invoices and ensure accurate cost center coding.
  • Assist with the facility campus inspections.
  • Assist with process and procedure training.

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Minimum of 2 two years of related experience and/or training.
  • Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and confidence to ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding.
  • Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor.
  • Ability to effectively present information to an internal department/ colleagues.
  • Comfortable meeting and engaging with new people.
  • Warm and engaging demeanor.
  • Basic analytical skills and understanding of financial terms and principles.
  • Capability of understanding and following general instructions and ability to solve problems.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word and Outlook.
  • Physical requirements include stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs and ladders and the ability to lift and carry heavy loads of 40 lbs. or more.
  • Decision making ability with a general understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve goals and deadlines.
  • Organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
