What You Will Do:
- Structure and draft content based on project briefs, templates, and/or detailed outlines for a variety of short and long form content types including customer stories, blogs, media bylines, emails, landing pages, newsletters, social posts, eBooks, and whitepapers.
- Write original copy, review existing copy, and edit content when needed.
- Revise copy during review rounds based on internal and client feedback.
- Tailor content to the unique needs and perspectives of our technical audience.
- Interpret creative briefs, interviews, and resources to develop compelling stories that align with our brand.
What You Will Bring:
- 2+ years of experience in content writing in the IT/Tech industry for B2B SaaS businesses.
- Solid portfolio of work for a technology-minded audience.
- Experience covering technology topics including open source, data infrastructure, data architecture, event streaming, data processing, AI/GenAI and/or related technologies a plus.
- Ability to structure content for readability, aligning content to audience needs & marketing goals.
- Understanding of SEO principles and content optimization techniques.
- Ability to work independently to meet deadlines.
