Job summary

ONICON Incorporated is seeking a Content Strategist to create technical content across white papers, product documentation, articles, blogs and digital content. You will translate complex technical topics into clear messaging and ensure content aligns with product strategy and positioning.

Responsibilities include engaging with customers and sales teams to identify installations, developing case studies, and supporting thought leadership initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in technical writing or product content.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Strong collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with SEO & keyword strategies.

Responsibilities

• Create content including but not limited to white papers, product documentations, articles, blogs and digital content.
• Translate complex technical topics into clear, compelling messaging.
• Ensure all content aligns with product strategy and positioning.
• Engage directly with customers, sales teams, and field service to identify successful installations.
• Convert real-world applications into case studies, success stories, and publishable content.
• Capture customer value, outcomes, and differentiators to support marketing and thought leadership initiatives.
• Partner with Product Managers and sales to understand product roadmap and value propositions.
• Develop consistent messaging frameworks that differentiate ONICON products.
• Work with Product Management and Marketing to ensure accuracy and relevance.
