A leading company in data security is seeking a Technical Writer to scale their inbound marketing efforts. You will create engaging content for developers while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the brand's visibility. This role offers autonomy and the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting topics in the payments ecosystem.

We help engineering teams find and secure their most sensitive data, like credit cards and PII, and comply with data security & privacy compliance frameworks, such as PCI DSS. We’re known for our ease of integration, high quality developer experience and product documentation .
Our mission is to make world-class data security effortless, and we’re starting with ensuring our customers build secure payment stacks. Our customers range from small startups building their first product to the largest financial institutions in the world.
We already have strong signals that SEO and other inbound channels are effective for our GTM strategy. We are looking for an excellent technical writer who is excited to scale this channel. You love to write about technical topics and have a growth-mindset to build a scalable inbound marketing machine.
Our brand is loved and respected in engineering and design communities – you’ll get to partner with some of the best design and product engineers to execute viral content. We have a ton of interesting product topics to write about – everything from payments ecosystem, security practices, customer stories, how to optimize margins, what good DX looks like – and hope you’ll see opportunities for many more.
You'll have tons of autonomy to decide what to write about, but also the support of our marketing team and paid ads to give you insights. We have very strong relationships with many of our customers, and they’re willing to engage with us in customer supported assets.
