• Edit and co-author external-facing content with technical experts for accuracy.
• Track industry trends and provide weekly updates.
• Embed with engineering to stay current on progress and roadmap.
• Explain technical performance to technical and commercial audiences.
• Build customer materials and evaluation decks.
• Improve FAQs and searchable explanations.
• Explain evidence with diagrams and reproducible examples.
• Learn from field via lab sessions and customer feedback.
