We are expanding our Lightning Bolt provider scheduling team to improve customer support, onboarding, and relationship management, and we seek top talent for delivering world-class service.

What You'll Do:
  • Develop and maintain product expertise and understanding of client workflows.
  • Onboard and train new clients remotely and onsite, analyzing their scheduling needs and configuring the software accordingly.
  • Provide support for configuration issues and advise on corrective actions.
  • Build trust and ensure client satisfaction, maximizing their investment in Lightning Bolt.
  • Share best practices to help clients achieve their goals.
  • Act as the voice of the client within the organization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver optimal solutions.
What You Bring to the Team:
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply Lightning Bolt product knowledge.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship management.
  • Ability to handle challenges, multitask, and drive process improvements.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • At least 1 year of experience in software implementation.
  • Bonus: experience with SQL or relational databases.

This is a remote position with PST working hours. Candidates must be located in the US or Canada and willing to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
