  • Begin to interface with clients at higher levels, manage client relationships, and support account management. Build relationships with key decision makers for future opportunities.
  • Responsible for a portion of project revenue, understanding the impact of successful delivery on current and future revenue.
  • Interface with other workstreams and management, proactively setting priorities for complex multi-project impacts.
  • Break down and structure complex problems independently and systematically.
  • Work with greater independence, updating managers on progress and conferring on complex or unusual assignments.
  • Begin to influence organizational direction through conflict resolution and negotiation, assist in team development, and troubleshoot issues. May guide strategy for assignments or workstreams.
  • Communicate and present complex proposals and reports to senior management, persuade and influence others, and structure presentations and workshops with guidance.
