Purpose

Project/Operational Managers or Workstream/Project Leaders applying in-depth knowledge, advanced problem-solving skills, and awareness of internal and client priorities to implement project scope and client objectives. Independently develop conclusions from analyses and apply results in a client-specific context. Lead larger workstreams and develop internal team members while managing client relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Manage smaller assignments/projects, including team and client engagement, setting expectations, and driving accountability.
  • Interface with clients at higher levels and support account management, building relationships for future business.
  • Responsible for a portion of project revenue and understanding its impact on current and future revenue.
  • Proactively set priorities for complex situations with multi-project or organizational impact.
  • Analyze and structure complex problems independently.
  • Confer with managers on complex or unusual assignments, keep updated on progress.
  • Begin to influence organization-wide strategies and develop others, including team selection and training.
  • Effectively communicate and present complex proposals to senior management, persuading and influencing others.
Qualifications

What will you bring:

  • Experienced Power engineer, preferably with Mechanical Engineering background.
  • Cognizant of diverse Power technologies.
  • Experience in Owner's Engineering Services and client management.
  • Construction or commissioning experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of project scheduling, Primavera, and techno-economic modeling.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and proposal drafting skills.
  • Understanding of project contracting and HSE practices.
