Purpose

Applying in-depth knowledge, advanced problem-solving skills, and awareness of internal and client priorities to implement project scope and client objectives. Developing and managing client relationships, leading larger workstreams, and supporting internal team development.

Responsibilities
  • Accountability for smaller assignments/projects, including team and client engagement.
  • Beginning to interface with higher-level clients and manage relationships for future business.
  • Responsible for a portion of project revenue and understanding its impact.
  • Proactive in setting priorities for complex, multi-project situations.
  • Independently analyzing and structuring complex problems.
  • Leading and influencing team strategy, troubleshooting, and conflict resolution.
  • Effectively communicating complex proposals to senior management and influencing decision-making.
Qualifications

What will you bring:

  • Experienced Power Project Manager with a background in engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering.
  • Knowledge of diverse Power technologies and Owner's Engineering Services.
  • Construction or commissioning experience is a plus.
  • Understanding of project scheduling and Primavera software.
  • Analytical, flexible, and techno-economic modeling skills.
  • Strong team, communication, and client proposal development skills.
  • Knowledge of project contracting and HSE practices.
