• Breaks down complex problems systematically and works independently with managerial consultation on complex tasks.
• Engages in conflict resolution, team development, and strategic recommendations.
• Communicates complex proposals effectively to senior management and influences decision-making.

Qualifications

What you will bring:

• Experienced Power Project Manager, preferably with Mechanical Engineering background.
• Knowledge of diverse power technologies and owner's engineering services.
• Construction or commissioning experience is advantageous.
• Proficiency in project scheduling, Primavera, techno-economic modeling, and project budgeting.
• Strong communication skills, proposal drafting ability, and contractual knowledge.
