Purpose: The role involves applying in-depth knowledge, problem-solving skills, and understanding of client priorities to implement project scope and objectives. The individual works independently on complex assignments, leads larger workstreams, develops internal team members, and manages client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Owns smaller assignments or projects, engages with teams and clients, and develops case studies.
  • Interfaces with higher-level clients, manages relationships, and supports business development.
  • Responsible for a portion of project revenue, understanding its impact on financial outcomes.
  • Coordinates with other workstreams and management, prioritizes complex issues, and structures problem-solving approaches.
  • Works independently, updates managers, and influences organizational direction through conflict resolution and negotiation.
  • Communicates complex proposals effectively to senior management and participates in team management and development.

Qualifications:

  • Experienced Power engineer, preferably with Mechanical Engineering background.
  • Knowledgeable in Power technologies and Owner's Engineering Services.
  • Construction/commissioning experience, project scheduling skills, and familiarity with Primavera.
  • Analytical, flexible, and techno-economic modeling skills.
  • Strong team player with remote team management capabilities.
  • HSE awareness, project budgeting, and proposal drafting skills.
  • Contractual knowledge of project contracts.
