We are transitioning towards sustainable energy sources while supporting current energy, chemicals, and resources needs.

Purpose:

Project/Operational Managers or Workstream/Project Leaders apply in-depth knowledge, advanced problem-solving skills, and an awareness of internal and client priorities to implement project scope and client objectives. • Begin to interface with higher-level clients, manage relationships, and support account management.
  • Responsible for a portion of project revenue, understanding its impact on current and future revenue.
  • Interface with other workstreams and management, proactively setting priorities for complex situations.
  • Independently analyze and structure complex problems.
  • Work with greater independence, updating managers on progress.
  • Handle conflict resolution and negotiation with broader organizational implications, assist in team development, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Effectively communicate and present proposals and reports to senior management, persuading and influencing others, with a participative team approach.

Qualifications:

What you will bring:

  • Experienced Power engineer, preferably with Mechanical Engineering background.
  • Knowledge of diverse Power technologies and Owner's Engineering Services.
  • Construction/commissioning experience is a plus.
  • Understanding of project scheduling, Primavera, techno-economic modeling, and contractual knowledge.

  • HSE awareness, budget management, and proposal drafting skills.
