Purpose

Applying in-depth knowledge and problem-solving skills to implement project scope and client objectives, developing new approaches to complex challenges, and leading workstreams and teams while building client relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Accountability for smaller projects, team and client engagement, and developing case studies.
  • Interfacing with clients at higher organizational levels and supporting account management.
  • Responsible for a portion of project revenue and understanding its impact on business.
  • Collaborating with other workstreams and management, setting priorities for complex situations.
  • Breaking down complex problems and working independently with managerial guidance.
  • Influencing organizational direction through conflict resolution and negotiation.
  • Communicating complex proposals effectively to senior management and influencing others.
Qualifications

What you will bring:

  • Experienced Power Engineer, preferably with Mechanical Engineering background.
  • Knowledge of Power technologies and Owner's Engineering Services.
  • Construction or commissioning experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with project scheduling and Primavera.
  • Analytical, flexible, and techno-economic modeling skills.
  • Team-oriented with remote team management capability.
  • HSE awareness, budget management, and strong communication skills.
