Purpose

We seek Project/Operational Managers or Workstream/Project Leaders with in-depth knowledge, advanced problem-solving skills, and awareness of internal and client priorities to implement project scope and objectives. Candidates should work independently, develop conclusions from analyses, and lead larger workstreams and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of smaller projects, including team and client engagement, setting expectations, and leading multi-office projects.
• Interface with clients at higher levels, managing relationships and supporting account growth.
• Responsible for a portion of project revenue, understanding its impact on the organization.
• Coordinate with other workstreams and management, setting priorities for complex, multi-project situations.
• Analyze and structure complex problems independently.
• Communicate effectively with senior management and influence organizational direction.

Qualifications

What you will bring:

• Experience as a Power Engineer, preferably with a Mechanical Engineering background.
• Knowledge of various Power Technologies and Owner's Engineering Services.
• Construction or commissioning experience is advantageous.
• Proficiency in project scheduling, Primavera, and techno-economic modeling.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage remote teams.
• HSE awareness, project budgeting, and proposal drafting skills.
