Job summary

Vertafore is seeking a Technical Consultant to deliver value to clients by implementing technical configurations and tailored solutions. You’ll shape experiences for key clients and contribute to the growth of our team across departments, including Customer Support, Account Management, Professional Services, and Product Management.

As a Technical Consultant, you will configure the Surefyre platform using HTML, JavaScript and JSON, build JSON-based forms, write Python scripts for migrations,

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Configuring the Surefyre platform to meet our customers’ needs through technical configuration using HTML, JavaScript and JSON.
• Building JSON based forms using our drag and drop form builder and advanced edits to the JSON schema.
• Writing python scripts to assist in data migrations, import, export or advanced configuration for customers.
• Assisting in integrations with third party systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Setting up excel based worksheets to aid in calculations for the Surefyre platform.
• Work closely with product & engineering teams to help drive changes to the product to ease configuration tasks.
• Work with the engineering team to assist in technical configurations such as advanced integrations.
• Work with Professional Services to understand needs of a customer project and changes that are needed to their Surefyre instance.
• Reproduce issues customers see with their configuration and help resolve these issues.
• Documenting changes that were made to customer instances.

As a Technical Consultant at Vertafore, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering value to our clients by implementing technical configurations and offering tailored solutions to their business challenges. Working collaboratively across departments such as Customer Support, Account Management, Professional Services, and Product Management, you'll guide clients through their journey with us, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Consultant IIs will further enhance their expertise, applying deep product knowledge to address unique customer scenarios and identify best practices that can drive effectiveness across the board.
