$86,000.00/yr - $176,000.00/yr

The full salary range reflects the market value and offers opportunities for growth within the role. Some roles may include commission and/or bonus earnings based on performance and other factors.

Description

Provides highly complex consultative services within a specialty segment or territory, including on-site evaluations, data analysis, and service plan development to control customer risks, losses, and costs. Acts as a trainer/mentor to less experienced consultants as needed.

  • Construction experience required
  • Energy experience desired
  • Conducts evaluations, creates service plans, and provides technical support to risk control teams.
  • Supports policy development, risk assessment, and new business acquisition.
  • Participates in speaking engagements and networking to enhance industry presence.
Qualifications
  • Expertise in risk assessment, solutions management, and safety consulting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in software applications and document creation.
  • Bachelor's degree in math, engineering, or related field, with at least 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Professional certifications such as CSP, ARM, CRM, CPCU, CIH, or CPE are preferred.
  • Willingness to travel regularly.
