Job summary

Ramp seeks a Technical Consultant to lead Oracle Cloud integrations for enterprise customers. You will act as the technical and financial SME, designing solutions that address customer needs through Ramp and partner integrations.

You will collaborate with Post-Sales to align roadmaps and ensure high-value implementations at scale. You will define success criteria from onboarding through expansion, representing Product, Design, and Engineering externally with conviction and technical depth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, business, or a related field.
• 4+ years in technical consulting, solutions engineering, implementation, or a similar customer-facing technical role in SaaS/fintech.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud, including financials modules.
• Deep familiarity with Oracle Cloud Financials workflows (GL, AP, SLA) and multi-org structures.
• Comfort with APIs, integration logic, and system architecture; able to explain concepts to finance and operations stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design on enterprise-driven gaps and roadmap decisions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Technical Consultant for Enterprise accounts with Oracle Cloud, supporting multi-entity and multi-ERP environments.
• Advise customers and Ramp internal teams on Oracle Cloud integration, configuration, and scalable solutions.
• Partner with Activation and Account Management to assess requirements and propose scalable Oracle Cloud integrations.
• Support onboarding and implementation leads to accelerate time-to-value and customer success.
• Troubleshoot Oracle Cloud integration blockers and guide complex configuration decisions.
• Contribute to internal docs and tooling to scale Oracle Cloud support across Ramp's customer base.
• Influence product roadmap by channeling customer pain points to Product and Engineering teams.

About The Role

Technical Consultants are on the frontlines working to establish partnerships with Ramp customers, and act as a liaison between customers and our internal technical teams. You'll be partnering with Customer Activation & Account Management teams to identify, prioritize and build financial solutions for new and existing customers so that Ramp continues to scale with their needs.

You will act as the technical and financial subject matter expert for our customers and design solutions that address the customer's needs through Ramp and partner integrations. You will partner with Post-Sales teams to drive Product, Design and Engineering teams' roadmaps to evolve Ramp to better serve our customers at scale and offer increasingly higher value.

You will define the customer's financial & technical success criteria from onboarding through activation and expansion. You will represent Product, Design, and Engineering externally and will operate with deep conviction and understanding of Ramp's technical capabilities. The role requires technical skills necessary to understand and educate on robust accounting features and integrate them across all the touchpoints and surface area of a customer.

This role is specifically focused on Enterprise customers running Oracle Fusion Cloud, supporting large, complex organizations with multi-entity environments, advanced ERP integrations, and highly customized financial workflows.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the primary Technical Consultant for Enterprise accounts running Oracle Cloud, supporting complex, high-impact customers with multi-entity, multi-ERP, and global financial environments
• Act as a technical advisor to customers and Ramp's internal teams while supporting high-value implementations and expansion opportunities by guiding Oracle Cloud integration, configuration, and system design
• Partner with Customer Activation and Account Management teams to assess customer requirements and propose scalable solutions involving Oracle Cloud, HRIS, and API integrations
• Collaborate with onboarding specialists and implementation leads to support technical workstreams, ensuring faster time-to-value and customer success
• Work with customers to problem-solve technical hurdles and propose effective product implementations with a deep understanding of Oracle Cloud integration and configuration options
• Participate in technical discovery to understand customer Oracle Cloud environments and workflows, and recommend best-fit Ramp architecture including when and how to use Ramp's API
• Be a subject matter expert across Oracle Cloud and Ramp's accounting integration capabilities, partnering with Sales, Product and partners to advocate for integration development aligned with customer needs
• Troubleshoot Oracle Cloud integration blockers and guide customers through complex configuration decisions
• Contribute to internal documentation and tooling that scales Ramp's ability to support Oracle Cloud integration use cases across a growing customer base
• Influence Ramp's product roadmap by channeling Oracle Cloud customer pain points and feedback to the Product and Engineering teams

What You Need

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, business, or a related field
• 4+ years in technical consulting, solutions engineering, implementation, or a similar customer-facing technical role, ideally in a SaaS or fintech environment
• 3+ years of hands-on experience working with Oracle Fusion Cloud, including financials modules, integration patterns, and enterprise deployment models
• Deep familiarity with Oracle Cloud Financials accounting workflows, including core functionalities involving General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Subledger Accounting, and multi-org structures
• Comfort working with APIs, integration logic, and system architecture and being able to explain those concepts to finance and operations stakeholders
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Design on enterprise-driven gaps, influencing roadmap decisions that unlock scale across Ramp's largest customers
• Advise on non-standard Oracle Cloud implementations and edge cases, balancing customer needs with long-term platform scalability and supportability
• Strong communication skills: able to translate complex technical solutions into business value and guide customers toward scalable approaches
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering
• Exceptional organization and problem-solving skills, with a bias toward action and a high level of ownership
• Thrives in ambiguity and fast-paced environments; adaptable and resourceful as we scale Ramp's upmarket motion
