Qualifications

• 2 years of experience reading code in a general purpose language or in system design.

• Familiarity with support methodologies and case lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Provide compute fundamentals understanding including virtualization, containers, OS, and system administration.
• Gain exposure to cloud platform engineering services.
• Engage in technical consulting across cloud platforms and AI/ML services.
• Work with cloud technologies like GCP, AWS, Azure and related AI offerings.

Your Role And Responsibilities

• Cloud Platform Engineering Exposure: Experience working with cloud platform engineering services.
• Technical Consulting Expertise: Exposure to technical consulting roles.
• Cloud Technologies: Experience with cloud platforms like GCP, AWS, and Azure, including their AI/ML services.
• Generative AI Experience with LLM and Generative AI and Google Cloud Products and services (e.g Vertex AI, Dialogflow, Gemini)
• ML Development: Experience with Machine Learning model development and deployment.
• AIML Frameworks: Experience with frameworks for deep learning (e.g. PyTorch, Tensorflow, Jax, Ray, etc.), AI accelerators (e.g. TPUs, GPUs), model architectures (e.g. encoders, decoders, transformers), and using machine learning APIs.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

Experience: 1-5 Years

• Troubleshooting Code Experience: 2 years of experience reading code in a general purpose coding language (e.g., Java, C, C++, Python, Shell, Go or JavaScript, etc.) or in system design.
• AIML Experience: 2 Experience with Machine Learning model development and deployment.
• Troubleshooting Experience: 3+ years of experience in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving complex issues.
• Support Experience: Familiarity with support methodologies, case lifecycles, and analytical skills for breaking down issues.

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

• Cloud Service Models Knowledge: Familiarity with cloud service offerings, including infrastructure, platform, and software as a service (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) models, to support the integration of Taos by IBM into OPES Practices.
• Technical Acquisition Exposure: Exposure to working with technical teams to support acquisition efforts, ensuring successful integration of new technologies into existing practices.
• Cloud Platform Architecture: Exposure to cloud platform engineering services, including architecture, deployment, and management of cloud-based systems, to support the development of a new skill taxonomy.
