Qualifications

• 1-5 Years experience in related roles.
• Deep understanding of compute concepts including virtualization and containerization.
• Experience with cloud platforms and AI/ML services.
• Familiarity with support methodologies and issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Compute Fundamentals: deep understanding of compute concepts including virtualization, containers, OS and system administration.
• Cloud Platform Engineering Exposure: experience with cloud platform engineering services.
• Technical Consulting Expertise: exposure to technical consulting roles.
• Cloud Technologies: experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, Azure and their AI/ML services.
• Generative AI with LLM and cloud products (Vertex AI, Dialogflow, Gemini).
• ML Development: model development and deployment.
• AIML Frameworks: experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Jax, Ray and AI accelerators.
• Troubleshooting: 2+ years reading code in a general language or system design.
• AIML Experience: 2+ years ML development and deployment.
• Troubleshooting Experience: 3+ years troubleshooting complex issues.
• Support Experience: familiarity with support methodologies and case lifecycles.

• Cloud Platform Engineering Exposure: Experience working with cloud platform engineering services.
• Technical Consulting Expertise: Exposure to technical consulting roles.
• Cloud Technologies: Experience with cloud platforms like GCP, AWS, and Azure, including their AI/ML services.
• Generative AI Experience with LLM and Generative AI and Google Cloud Products and services (e.g Vertex AI, Dialogflow, Gemini)
• ML Development: Experience with Machine Learning model development and deployment.
• AIML Frameworks: Experience with frameworks for deep learning (e.g. PyTorch, Tensorflow, Jax, Ray, etc.), AI accelerators (e.g. TPUs, GPUs), model architectures (e.g. encoders, decoders, transformers), and using machine learning APIs.Experience: 1-5 Years
• Troubleshooting Code Experience: 2 years of experience reading code in a general purpose coding language (e.g., Java, C, C++, Python, Shell, Go or JavaScript, etc.) or in system design.
• AIML Experience: 2 Experience with Machine Learning model development and deployment.
• Troubleshooting Experience: 3+ years of experience in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving complex issues.
• Support Experience: Familiarity with support methodologies, case lifecycles, and analytical skills for breaking down issues.
  

Required Professional and Technical Expertise

Experience: 1-5 Years

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

• Cloud Platform Engineering Knowledge: Exposure to cloud platform engineering services, including experience working with skill taxonomies and integrating new offerings, would be beneficial in this role.
• Technical Consulting Familiarity: Familiarity with technical consulting roles, particularly in creating comprehensive skill taxonomies and supporting acquisition efforts, would be an asset.
• Taxonomy Development Exposure: Exposure to developing new skill taxonomies, with the ability to create comprehensive frameworks to support knowledge transfer and skill utilization, would be advantageous.
