Ideal candidates have 5+ years’ experience in communications or related fields, proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud, and familiarity with aviation industry regulations and training programs. Position is on-site in Columbus, Ohio.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of demonstrable experience in communications, business development, research or marketing or any combination thereof preferred.
• Familiarity with the aviation industry; experience to include various training programs, regulatory requirements and simulation systems, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all internal communications vehicles support client's brand and are produced in accordance with the company's brand personality, key messages and objectives.
• Provide status updates and announcements for internal client projects. Develop and execute effective internal communications plans and programs; identify, gather and coordinate the development and production of content for internal announcements.
• Coordinate the internal distribution of announcements and respond to inquiries in accordance with company approved practices.
• Monitor, measure and report on results achieved and recommend and implement changes to upper management, as required.
• Work closely with key stakeholders to establish near and long-term internal communications goals and objectives.
• Interact with internal and external resources to support the company's overall communications strategy, objectives and messaging.
• Manage external creative resources in conjunction with Corporate Communications and provide them with the guidance and information required to complete their assigned tasks.
• Establish objectives, key messages, budget, audience and corresponding list of recipients.
• Oversee the writing, design, layout, production and distribution of materials; interact with various teammates and outside vendors/consultants/suppliers regarding content material.
