Technical Co‑Founder / CTO – AI SaaS (HR Tech & Staffing Tech) Remote – East Coast

Bubb is representing an early stage HR Tech / Staffing Tech startup that’s building the next generation of AI‑driven tools for the $2B staffing and recruiting market.

We’re looking for a Technical Co‑Founder / CTO to join at ground level — someone who thrives in early‑stage environments and wants to shape product, tech vision, and culture from day one.

Agentic & Voice AI – context‑aware voice agents handling candidate intake, reactivation, and scheduling.

Integrates natively with ATS/CRMs — reducing friction, boosting productivity, and unlocking revenue.

It’s vertical SaaS for staffing — built for recruiters, by recruiters — and already gaining traction amongst early adopter beta clients.

• Senior engineering or AI/ML experience in SaaS (bonus: HRTech, StaffingTech, or vertical SaaS background).
• Entrepreneurial mindset: comfortable owning architecture, delivery, and scaling.
• Ideally based on the East Coast USA with easy occasional access into NYC
• Excited by the challenge of taking a 0.5 product to 1.0 and beyond.
• Open to meaningful equity as part of the founding team package.
