Job summary

Leadec Corp. in Detroit, MI is seeking a Group Leader/Supervisor Technical Cleaning to lead team members, transfer technical knowledge through coaching, and drive continuous improvement.

This on-site role reports to the Lead Service Line Manager in North American Operations. You will ensure safe operation, manage SOW completion, promote PDCA, mentor staff, and prepare reports while aligning with ISO 14001/45001/9001 objectives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Previous experience in supervision or management is preferred.
• Must possess a strong customer service mentality.
• Computer skills in Microsoft Office products: Excel, Word and PowerPoint preferred.

• Ensure the safe operation of team members through regular communications, as well as modeling a "Safety, is Your Life" mentality.
• Effectively manages the planning and completion of the Leadec scope of work (SOW).
• Effectively communicates necessary information and status updates to manager and customer.
• Incorporates "PDCA" (Plan, Do, Check, Act) mindset into regular routine.
• Focuses on resource utilization, best practice guidelines, and continuous improvement.
• Evaluate team members and recommend/deliver training to improve performance.
• Timely completion of all required Leadec and customer reports.
• Actively attends all required meetings.
• Adhering to and supporting all EHS and Quality objectives, in accordance with ISO 14001, 45001 and 9001 respectively.
• All other duties as assigned by Leadec manager.

• Required to talk and/or hear in an industrial setting (noise level is moderate). Frequently required to stand and walk on concrete surfaces for 4 -12 hours. Occasionally required to reach with hands and arms; lift; stoop, or crouch.
• Vision requirements: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and focus adjustment.
• Work is performed in an industrial-manufacturing environment with occasional time spent working on a computer or at a desk.
