• Apply Your Legal Expertise – Assess and analyze coverage, issue clear and strategic coverage letters, and oversee litigation management.
• Risk Transfer & Resolution – Pursue risk transfer opportunities through contractual indemnity and additional insured provisions, proactively working towards optimal outcomes.
• Engage in High-Stakes Negotiations – Attend mediations, settlement conferences, and trials as needed to protect the company’s and insureds’ interests.

What You Bring:

• JD and Litigation Experience – Ideal candidates will have at least 5+ years of experience handling professional liability claims or litigation.
• Strong Legal Acumen – Superior knowledge of case law, statutes, and litigation procedures impacting claim valuation and resolution.
