Someone who will assume full responsibility for planning requirements and supply chain management to ensure timely (scheduled) deliveries of goods and services within budget and/or standard costs. They must be prepared to rely on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals. **Key Responsibilities:*** Strategic Procurement* Assist Sourcing Team in developing and execute purchasing strategies for raw materials, components, and services used in reconstructive hip, knee, and shoulder implants* Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to forecast demand and optimize inventory* Supplier Management* Identify suppliers aligned with Enovis’ innovation and compliance standards* Along with the Sourcing Team, manage supplier relationships to ensure reliability and cost-efficiency* Compliance & Quality* Ensure all procurement activities comply with FDA regulations and internal/external regulatory requirements* Monitor supplier performance and assist Quality in conducting audits as needed* Cross-Functional Collaboration* Partner with operations, R&D, Sourcing and finance teams to support product development and launch timelines* Reporting & Analytics* Develop and track KPIs, cost savings, and supplier performance metrics* Use ERP systems to maintain accurate purchasing records and generate reports**Minimum Basic Qualifications:*** Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field* 5 years of purchasing experience in medical device manufacturing or high-tech industries* Strong knowledge of FDA, ISO, and healthcare compliance standards* Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)* Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skill **Travel Requirements:*** Up to 25% **Desired Characteristics:*** CPSM or CPM certification* Familiarity with orthopedic implant materials (e.g., titanium, cobalt-chrome alloys)* Passion for innovation and continuous improvement *Currently, Enovis does not provide sponsorship for employment visas (e.g., H-1B) and will not offer such sponsorship in the future.
