Job summary

Formosa Plastics Corporation, U.S.A. is seeking a Business & Marketing Coordinator (Technical Business Development) to grow engineered resins qualifications and the customer pipeline. You will work closely with Taiwan and FGS teams to align resin specs, pricing, and program builds, turning opportunities into long-term partnerships.

The role requires deep resin processing knowledge, strong customer-facing skills, and the ability to manage trials and market strategy across multiple product lines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in technical sales, BD, or applications in engineered resins.
• Experience with PET, PS, PC/ABS, PC, Nylon, or ABS products.
• Proven pipeline development and trial management.
• Knowledge of injection molding or extrusion processes.

Responsibilities

• Grow customer pipeline for engineered resins via qualifications and pricing.
• Coordinate material qualifications with Taiwan and FGS teams.
• Manage customer trials from sample to commercialization.
• Troubleshoot processing and part-performance issues with customers.
• Collaborate with sales to build strategies and convert opportunities.
• Support marketing materials and customer presentations.
