Job summary

Formosa Plastics Corporation, U.S.A. in Livingston, NJ, is seeking a Business & Marketing Coordinator (Technical Business Development Manager) to grow an engineered resins portfolio.

You will qualify new customers, run material trials, and provide technical support to convert opportunities into long-term, higher-margin programs. Work with Taiwan and FGS teams on qualifications and pricing, coordinate trials at customer sites, and help shape market strategy while strengthening Formosa’s brand

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or applications engineering for engineered resins.
• Experience with PET, PS, PC/ABS, PC, Nylon, and ABS including grade selection.
• Proven ability to build a pipeline and manage material trials from sample to commercialization.
• Working knowledge of injection molding and/or extrusion processing and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Grow the engineered resins portfolio by qualifying new customers and managing trials.
• Coordinate with Taiwan and FGS teams on material qualifications and pricing.
• Provide technical troubleshooting and serve as liaison between customers and suppliers.
• Develop account strategies with sales to convert opportunities into programs.
• Attend conferences and support marketing materials and events.
