The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of analyst experience, strong SQL skills, and familiarity with data integration patterns. You will liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams within Capital Partners Technology, focusing on BPM and cross-platform

Qualifications

• 7+ years of analyst experience, ideally in Financial Services.
• Heavy data analysis/integration with strong SQL experience.
• DBT or Airflow experience is a plus.
• SWP is a plus.
• Ability to work autonomously with clear written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into well-defined technical and integration requirements across platforms.
• Analyze system-to-system data flows and document integration patterns.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, project managers, and business partners across the full SDLC.
• Support BPM-related integration work within the Capital Partners Technology team.

We are seeking a Senior Systems Technical Analyst with a strong focus on application, system, and platform integrations to join our Capital Partners Technology team. This role serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into well-defined technical and integration requirements that support scalable, reliable solutions. The ideal candidate brings deep experience analyzing system-to-system data flows, documenting integration patterns, and supporting complex workflows across multiple platforms. The role has a primary emphasis within the Business Process Management (BPM) space and requires close collaboration with developers, architects, project managers, and business partners across the full systems development lifecycle. Experience with SEI platforms, including SEI SWP Accounting, is beneficial but not required.

Estimated Min Rate: $60.00

Estimated Max Rate: $75.00
